Basically, its the Long Beach areas (Poblacion, New Agutaya, San Isidro and Alimanguan) and Kemdeng.
Based on certain parameters and models, Cluster 1 is expected to become fully developed in 5 to 10 years once San Vicente Palawan Airport becomes fully operational.
Right now, San Vicente Airport can only cater small propeller-type planes that do not require a complex assistance from a control tower. San Vicente Palawan Airport’s Control Tower, together with its communication and radio systems, still needs to be put in place.
With the airport being located just at the back of the Long Beach area in Poblacion, around 5 minutes away from the beach, it is very logical that the Long Beach has the highest chance of getting fully developed in 5 to 10 years. Likewise, the road access (Tourism Road) from the airport to the Long Beach, and vice versa, is already concreted.
Also, most big investors acquired properties in Cluster 1. Among the major investors in Cluster 1 include Century Properties, Soriano and Discovery Shore. There are also some other big investors who are leaders in the hotel and real estate industries that do not want to be identified at the moment.
Century Properties public announced that they will be pouring P20 Billion in investments in San Vicene Palawan where they have 56 hectare property to be developed into a prime resort with high end hotels to cater both local and foreign tourists. The property is also located in Cluster 1.
